AthleteFlow
AthleteFlow is the company I wish I'd had.
It helps athletes through the transitions nobody prepares you for: junior to elite, injury, and the big one, the day you stop competing. I came to it as someone who had lived all three.
Chapters, not a backup plan
What I love is that AthleteFlow refuses the question every young athlete gets asked: what is your backup plan? It treats a sporting career as a chapter in a bigger story, and the discipline and focus you built as transferable excellence, not something you age out of. The company was founded in 2022 on exactly that idea.
From ambassador to the board
I first met AthleteFlow leading a workshop in Houston for gymnasts leaving elite competition. I came in as an ambassador in early 2025, then an advisor, and by that summer I had a seat on the board as their first athlete-director. I wanted a say in the actual product, not just the campaign.
AthleteFlow Academy
In 2025 we launched AthleteFlow Academy, the coaching programme. I co-designed the curriculum, and two of the modules are mine through and through:
